Roy Lichtenstein's townhouse up for sale

If you've got a spare US$25,000,000 sitting around, and you fancy a house with a bit of history, you might be interested to know that Roy Lichtenstein's townhouse is on the market.

Described as a "magnificent and rare 24' wide 1847 Greek Revival townhouse in the heart of the coveted Greenwich Village Historic District", the house is apparently being "offered for sale publicly for the first time in its 170-year history" by Lichtenstein's son, Mitchell Lichtenstein.

Sadly, I've just spent my last 25 million on a new bike and some trousers, so I'm out of the running.
