Technical difficulties, and more thanks

Running a small business on a shoestring budget is exciting, exhilarating and...frustrating.

Our first real setback comes in the form of our sewing machine breaking down halfway through a batch of orders. Actually, I say 'our' sewing machine, but actually we borrowed it from my mother-in-law.

Hopefully we should have it fixed soon and there shouldn't be any undue delay in getting orders out.

Thank yous:

First of all, thank you for ordering things! Some people are quite happy to simply email me and place their orders, whereas others prefer going through our online shop. Both are processed in pretty much the same way: payment is via PayPal and we post them off to you personally.

Naturally we're happy with whatever you're comfortable with.

The second thank you is for all those who have got in touch offering support for what we're doing - my wife and I really appreciate it.

Some people have been surprised by how frank and honest I've been about our progress, but most people seem to appreciate it. I don't want to pretend that we're some high-flying corporation: we started this because we believe in what we're doing.

It's very comforting to know that other people believe in it too.
