Karl Baxter for Akaoni
Tokyo-based Australian designer Karl Baxter introduces a set of products he has designed for new Japanese brand Akaoni.
The products include a metal business card case made of anodized aluminium with integral 'money clips' for holding business cards, unusually shaped cards, memos and cash, and a walnut document tray that was inspired by architecture and constructed using the traditional Japanese sashimono joinery technique. The collection also includes a stylish leather business bag which 'rethinks proportions...allowing the bag to stand tall.'
